FLYING INTO ATLANTA (ATL)
There is a one-time shuttle that departs from Atlanta International Airport (ATL) Atrium (between the north and south terminals) on the starting day of OIL South (May 13, 2009). Keep in mind that it is slightly over 2 hours by van to the retreat center. After purchasing your flight with these parameters in mind, please log in to your account and enter your flight information.
Some things to keep in mind:
- Vans will depart from the Atrium (between the north and south terminals) at Atlanta airport at 1:00 PM (EST) on May 13, 2009. Make flight arrangements accordingly (please allow yourself time to walk to the baggage claim after you land). We strongly suggest taking a flight which arrives before noon.
- Your departure flight on Saturday, May 16, 2009 must be AFTER 5:00PM (EST). The shuttle vans will leave OIL South for Atlanta International Airport (ATL) after the last service and clean up.
- Please make arrangements carefully as many others will be taking this shuttle service. Because the retreat center is 2 hours away, we are not able to make any exceptions to these parameters. We will leave at 12:30 sharp.
Please note that in order to cover expenses for the vans, a $10 charge will be collected.
